What would be better?

Ok so I'm going to buy a new CPU and mobo, I'm on a budget of about €450 but I need advice. 

 

My build contains:

i5 4690K

Gigabyte Z97x Gaming 3

Cooler master Seidon 120V version 2.

 

Atm I have a Zalman CNPS5x performa in my computer.

Should I keep the Zalman cooler, Switch the the Seidon 120V with a Mushkin Chronos G2 60GB SSD (550 read/515 write) or should I keep the Seidon 120V to keep the CPU cool?

Yes I'll be doing some small OC to about 4.5GHz.

If you go for SSD, get at least 120Gb. So in that sense, keep Seidon. Or save money for bigger SSD. Zalman might be too small cooler to OC you are aiming.
