I am looking to start a tech/gaming as a hobby and I was wondering if I should buy a gaming computer first or camera equipment first? I am not looking to become famous just want to have hobby.

Your title sounds like you're advertising. you probably should start out with cameras. A gaming pc isn't that useful for a tech channel unless you review them

Camera 1st then the PC, PC can only help with your video later. But first focus on the quality of the video (which mean better camera), PC capability can be managed later.

maybe start with people that give a shit about your video first and THEN upgrade the quality

 

ive never seen a single youtube Chanel which succeeded starting without bad quality

^ Upgrade slowly, see people's feedback as well. Start from low to high.
