Personally, I can't recommend this build. There would have to be some changes. Instead of the 4770k, I'd get the 4790k. Also, instead of the vi extreme, get the vii formula or hero. The video cards could very easily be 2 970s, but you could easily go for 2 980s because you're doing an overkill build. The storage drives can work, but I'm not sure if putting them in RAID is your best option. Get a single 480GB drive imo rather than risking it with RAID. They're pretty fast anyways. The 16GB decision was a good one, and you only need a 1000W PSU because the other one is quite expensive, but don't go any less than that. I'm not sure if you really need a sound card but you can get one. Also, get the peripherals that you like best. You really have to try these out at your local store. But I can recommend the PB278Q monitor, though I don't recommend it for gaming. Maybe go for the Acer XB270HU, or the Asus PG278Q which have higher refresh rates.
