Yesterday I ordered too sperate orders one of them today is still packageing which is fine but then the other one says its on hold although yesterday it said it was packaging and these 2 orders were bought with different cards but the one that says on hold definitely has enough money for it Ik confused please help

Give it to Monday maybe Tuesday to see what the hold up is,it could be because it still a weekend they will not update there system till Monday possibly Tuesday as some places will still have Monday off because of Easter weekend...

it said it went through then later on it said something that it couldn't be processed or in authorized or something like that although the other order is all good

That is weird if you do not see anything changed tomorrow on your orders I would contact them to see if there was a issue with the credit card you used or a issue with the product you order..I would also check later on tonight not sure where you live but I say check around 8 or 9pm just to see if your orders have change status,if they have not check in the am around 9am and if it still has not changed contact there customer service here..

Check with your bank too.  I had a similar issue.

My tax refund came in, and I purchased almost $2K worth of hardware. Newegg split it into 3 transactions. ~$700 for first, $1300 for second, and the remaining $800 for third.
I had the funds, but my bank didn't like the multiple transactions for such high values, and so close together. From the bank's side, looked like 3 separate orders within seconds of each other - instant red flag for identity & security fraud.

I had to call bank & have them manually authorize those transactions.

 

Not sure why Newegg does that (I've had this split happen before too). But the 1st order went perfectly, the other two were stuck at pending all that day while I talked with the bank.

Give them a call in the morning to double check they let everything through.
