hey guys i want to buy this motherboard Gigabyte Z87 G1.Sniper because of it's amazing features and low price and i want to buy with it the i5 4690K .. so i need to update the bios right?

can i update it with the i5 4690K ? or i need another cpu for z87 chipset? 
or the best for me to buy an i5 4670K to get out of problems? 
and is there a huge difference between these processors in gaming?

There isnt a massive difference between the 4690k and 4670k in gaming, no. Especially if you overclock. Most Z87 motherboards will need a bios update to work with haswell refresh cpus (4690k), but most will work fine without one with a 4670k. Can you link me the specific motherboard so I can check for you?

Just get a 4670K. It should still be the same price as a 4690K.
