After reading comments and getting some feedback, I think I have got a pretty good build.

With only $400 I would get a nicer AMD APU then get a dedicated graphics card later on when you have more money. I dont think the R7 265 would have much better graphics then one of their nicer APUs.

Going intel can save you money (and if you give 2 shits then power will be lower aswell)

I would agree with this^^^ if you want to go AMD which i dont recommend
