Is this a good build for around $1500 AUD gaming computer?

Mobo: asus H97 PRO gamer

Video card : gainward 2gb GTX 750TI

Ram: g.skill ripjaws 16gb ddr3 1600

Storage: seagate 2tb sata 3

SSD a: Kingston hyperX fury 120gb

CPU: i5-4690

Case+PSU: Thermaltake versa H22 mid tower case with 500w power supply

ISO: window 8.1

Monitor: benq 1920x1080 LED black light monitor

Cooling fan : Boxed cooling fan

Is this a good build is there anything I need to change to make it better for a cheap price? And my budget is around $1500 and just wondering are all these components compatible with window 10 when it comes out?

you dont need to overclock,but you CAN
