Hello, this is my first build and I am looking for feedback.
I am not much of a gamer and use most of my time streaming videos, surfing the web and school work (microsoft office).
I have done my research and finally came up with this particular build with a budget in mind.

CPU: Intel i5 - 4690
MOBO: Gigabyte GA - H97M - D3H
RAM: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 * 4GB)
SSD: OCZ ARC 100 240GB
Case: Deepcool Tesseract SX
PSU: Antec VP-500P
OS: Windows 8.1

As you may have noticed, I did not include a graphics card, however intend to later if I start playing games on the PC.
This allows me to save some money as well as invest in other better components as I do not plan on playing any major games
(maybe just some browser ones) at the moment. Is this a good idea?
Please let me know if I should change anything, any feedback is welcome and thanks in advance for your help!

get a i5 4460 instead. Its cheaper and is only 200MHz slower.

He will not be able to overclock tho an i5 4690k would be a better choice?

Thankyou, that seems much better!

However as I am located in Australia where prices can be much higher than those in the US,

a quick look through websites and the total for your build is over $900.

Whereas the one I posted sets me back $750. I will probably wait and save a bit more until I

can afford your build however any suggestions on where I am able to save? Thankyou again

I had this discussion recently with someone in Australia and the best suggestion I can give you is a local store maybe something like best buy or microcenter because newegg in AU chargers a shit ton. Even ordering from a US company you will pay way to much for shipping.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll take your advice and will most likely look at local computer hardware stores rather than online to avoid those hefty shipping fees.

I'm struggling to find the case suggested (NZXT Source 210 Elite (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case) in Australian local stores.

I was able to find cases of the same brand however,

http://www.centrecom.com.au/nzxt-phantom-240-white-mid-tower-usb30

http://www.centrecom.com.au/nzxt-source-340-blackblue-usb30

They all cost $100, should I choose between one of these or is anyone able to suggest another good case for me?

Would you suggest switching from the  Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard to a GA-Z97M-D3

http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4970#ov

So that it would fit into a Cool Master Silencio 352
