I am looking to build a new PC, my budget is arround €1.500,- and my aim is Gaming (MMO's, FPS), and streaming (twitch).

Now, for the reason I went X99. Streaming takes a lot of CPU horsepower, and with a game running on top of that, it's hard to justify something like an i5
