memory: kingston fury series 16gb kit DDR3- 1866MHZ 

 

Samsung 850 Evo 120GB SSD

 

WD Black 3.5 1TB storage

 

Gigabyte Gefore GTX970 4gb 

 

Corsair 400R ATX mid tower casing 

 

Corsair RM 550W 80+ gold

 

Window 8.1 32/64 bit

 

should i get Corsair h80i 77.0 CFM liquid cooler or another CPU cooler ? and if it is liquid do i have to add or change the liquid inside it every now and then?

and the Corsair H80I is closed and does not need any Maintenance
