Phone wont open

My s3 wont charge or open the battery is not bloated help me my phone is bought from the us but i use it in the philippines so pls help me guys

It's time for an upgrade, dude. Maybe a new Sony phone? 

 

 

EDIT: It has a removable back, right? Take out the battery and buy a new one if you can.

Does the charge light go on the phone?

Have you tried another cable & power socket?

Any extra info would help.
