Need help with my Computer and its software!

Hey, 

 

I've been encountering issues with my computers software and I'm not really sure what could be the cause of it. One of the issues I'm having is that I can't install certain applications or games, for example I can't run the Setup for Intel Smart Technology or Battle.net, I just get a message pop up saying that the installation could not proceed. I can only upload my DxDiag info and can't upload my MSInfo because it's too big. Please help.
