So i am about to sleeve my Corsair-CX430 and I was wondering how much sleeving to get and what size. I hope you can help.

Are you planning to do individual sleeving, if so 4mm is a good size. and to calculate the length just measure the length of each cable ad multiple by the number of wires in that bundle. I do recommend though to sleeve a slightly higher end modular PSU since it will be easier and more value since you will be voiding your warranty on your CX 430W. It's not really worth your time and money to sleeve that PSU since sleeving is around $50-$100 depending where you are, I would personally recommend to get sleeved extensions instead.

Bitfenix Alchemy extension cables are pretty good and fairly well priced, if you want fully custom color/patterned designed cables that can also be done at many 3rd party sleeving shops. And yes extensions are just a 1:1 connection so they can be used on any PSU you change to.
