Expected FPS? (Watch Dogs)

So I've recently bought Watch_Dogs and I know that it was poorly optomized, but I've been running the game at high settings and only hitting 25-40fps. Is this normal  for such a poorly optomized game, or is it lower than normal?

i get about 50fps at 4k high/medium settings with a GTX770, so id expect you to be getting better than that. not sure how CPU bound it is though.

I'm pretty sure its your CPU, which is also why my G3258 suffers.

90% sure its your CPU struggling.

R9 280 is same performer as my 760 and I was getting around 60fps back in October when I played the game for last time.

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

ya I wasnt getting imprssive fps i nthat from what I recall it was about 30-50 SLI caused worse performance for me.
