depending on how heavy "internet games" is, you're fine with pretty much anything.

Besides Samsung Chromebooks, they tend to chug and lag a lot with flash... HP Chromebooks don't do bad with them though. :/

Some thing like this I suppose:

Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($83.89 @ OutletPC)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer  ($21.98 @ Newegg)

The integrate GPU on the CPU should already be ok. You could go with APU if you want some more "real game" power, but things like Facebook games and such... it doenst really matter

I would say some kind of APU system would be nice.

i'd suggest something along these lines (shamelessly copied some components from megazero)

some bottom of the barrel APU, i doubt you're gonna need anything more.

mobo to go with it

SSD so windows & chrome/firefox load up quickly, feel free to swap this for a 500GB/1TB HDD if storage is needed.

case is up to preference, replace this with something said person will like.

just a cheap 80+ bronze power supply

windows 8.1 included, remove this if you have a windows key, or are gonna use linux (y'know, those people exist)

didnt include an ODD, since i dont really see the need for it for a facebook machine, include a cheapo one if you need it.

What about something like this?

Then if needed it still has a decent amount of power for games outside of internet games, such as the Sims or something?
