Need a Monitor for my needs

I am looking to get a second monitor for a dual monitor setup. I would like a under 269$ Monitor that is good for everything. I want to be able to game on this monitor but also do some basic video and photo editing and graphic design. I am very unknowable about this subject and any help would be great! Monitor technology doesn't change that fast.  It's not like buying last year's CPU or GPU where performance will change because of a new release, usually meaning improved power consumption, additional cores/higher clock speed, and higher instructions per second.  

 

Monitors of similar specs will perform similarly.
