Hi LTT Forum,

I recently overclocked my 4790K and ran a stress test. All day the liquid temp never rose above 40 degrees Celcius, even with fans on low.

The CPU's temperature hovered around 70 degrees. My AIO is the Kraken X61.

Thanks again and hope you guys can help!

Having a liquid temperature of 40C is quite high. 50C tends to be the amount where you should really be getting worried. Reservoirs can fall apart at that temp.

Try adjusting your fan curve, pump speed and reseating your pump and try to apply less thermal paste.
