Good evening everyone

I'm making my built this week sometime well I've got the pieces the case is just getting ordered so that should be here in like 2 to 3 days, My question is if i can use a cardboard mat as a anti static mat its my mums sewing one and its like 2m by 2m its huge so yeah i know card board isn't static but is it ok to use I'm not sure first PC build and all

Just use a table or a large desk. You dont need much.

You can put the mobo and such on the mobo box and have all the stuff plugged in to test it out.

And for building it really anything that isn't going to conduct electricity/static is fine, so a wood table, cardboard, etc..
