Adobe Suite: Does it Support Maxwell?

This is something I cannot find an answer about. All of the threads I'm finding online are from August or September of last year. 

 

In a few days' time, I will be renting Adobe After Effects CC for $20 a month. I will also be using lynda.com for training. As I begin to bring in more money, I will eventually rent the entire suite for $50 a month. (If I can sort it out with my school, I could get the entire suite for $20 a month for the first year.) 

 

That being said, I do not know if I can even use my GTX 970's CUDA cores in the Adobe Suite, or even any of the programs individually. I know for a fact it does not work with Vegas Pro 12 or 13. Yet the card is bought a lot for being a strong card for rendering. Does Adobe Suite CC Support Maxwell-based cards? Can I sue the CUDA cores in After Effects, Premiere, etc? 

 

If someone could use the @[member[ thing for me to call some of the editors at LMG, that would be highly appreciated! (I don't know how to do it.)

doesnt look like it but you can also use OpenCl which work great and can run on AMD gpus.. just sayin... but it works ok on Nvidia cards too

I'm running my Radeon 6870 for OpenCL in Vegas Pro 12 alongside my GTX 970. The 6870 isn't supported in After Effects though.

you have to render in media encoder and choose OpenCl

This is the reason I'd go AMD. Its cheaper for more processing power, perfect for people who don't care for games.

Your not going to be able to use things like ray tracing in AE. AE still works but some things are locked down, haven't noticed much difference yet. Also with student pricing and adobe when you sign up as a student i just told them my uni and my email. Bang done and got it for $12 AUD at the time a month till sept.

IMPORTANT: A common misconception is that After Effects requires CUDA features of one of a specific set of Nvidia GPUs. That is not true. Only the GPU-accelerated ray-traced 3D renderer requires this. The other GPU features work on any GPU that meets certain basic requirements, including AMD and Intel GPUs. See below for details.

its also good for gaming 290x=970 at 1080p 290x>970 at 4k 290x>970 in pure processing powuuhhh

Is there a place in AE I have to go to see if it detects my 970 at all? I know for Vegas you have to check your GPU to make sure it's detected, or you can't use OpenCL. Plus when you're rendering, you need to select to use CUDA Cores or OpenCL. Is there a palce in After Effects to see if my GTX 970 or 6870 is being detected?

Is there a place in AE I can go to check if it even detects either of my GPUs? I don't need Ray-Tracing, as I plan to pick up ELement 3D V2 from VideoCopilot for my 3D work. I'll be taking a class for Blender as well, so that should work well together.

It just says that i don't have one with CUDA cores and therefore can't use it ... blah blah. In saying that i am going to upgrade as im only using my GPU due to costs. aka lack of money on my part.

I export to adobe media encoder CC 2014. I do around 30second loops and takes me less than 2 minutes. Using my processor.
