I'm thinking about doing some summer upgrades, and was wondering if anyone can think me up an audio setup for around $200 - $400. I want something to blast Electronica and piss of my neighbors with. (Not literally, don't hate me neighbors ;_; )

Thats about $240 and will get the job done

PC Audio Setup = Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro 80 ohm and Sennheiser pc37x (also for xbox) hooked up to Schiit Fulla 3
