can't uninstall geforce experience

when i try to uninstall geforce experience it says that its missing nvi2.dll what should i do

Uninstall the drivers you have now through the control panel.

Then re-install the newest GPU drivers from the NVidia website. Choose "custom" installation. Uncheck geforce experience and check "clean install". Complete installation.
