Need Help with pricing and finding modems

Hey people of the linus tech tips forum. 

I have been given a TP-link AC750 router and I would like to use it on our network for connecting to the internet. 

We have a ADSL connection and this router doesn't have a port for that so I think we need modem. I live in new zealand and I don't know where to find a modem if people even still sell them. If  I could get some help with finding one that would be very nice.

edit: We have 5 people on the net on week days and up to 8 on week ends. Downloads happening 24/7 and half of us game. Just thought I would add this edit just in case it helps with finding a modem

you should get your modem from your ISP

If you need remote help fixing something on your computer
