Challenge: Dual CPU Overkill Build

Challenge: Come up with the most badass content creation computer (NOT GAMING). There is no real budget for this challenge, but i kept mine around 10k.

 

Rules:

Must integrate dual CPU's.

 

Must have reason behind the part selection ( dont just add random stuff )

 

Must be built inside PC Part Picker.

it looks like a really high powered build the only thing that i would change would be maby a TITAN X or maby SLI, unless there is a parsific reasion for that really over price card (i did spend much time looking at it)
