So I'm not that good when it comes to motherboards... I am making a build for a friend and want to know what would be the best mobo for $100 or less and ATX format (32 GB Ram Max at least, pretty standard but just to make sure). It will be with the Intel Xeon E3 1231 so it can't be OC'd (he wouldn't OC it if he could). So with those specs, what would be the best mobo.

Thanks! I'm just looking for a mobo that isn't an OC base thing because that won't happen.
