How well will a Q6600 do

So my friend doesn't have enough money for a new PC yet but he does have the parts to build a LGA 775 PC. Will it play games like DayZ and CS:GO for a few months? Cheers guys :D

Should work ok, my old pc had a Q8300 with a Nvidia GT 120 and it played any game on low settings with a decent frame rate.
