My brother needs a pc! Help please!

Hey! My brother wants a PC and he asked me to do the components and building for him. I can not plan the components? He somehow (I also do not know why) needs a Corsair watercooled product (H80i, H100i, etc.) and a "cool" red motherboard. Please include the OS (Windows 7 please) no peripherals are needed to be included. Please try to make it as red as possible and he also wants 2 monitors. Please add those also. The total of everything will be 1350 Euro. Please make it pcpartpicker in Germany. Thanks.

I know how to do it, but I have trouble with picking parts.

What does he need to use the PC for? Depending on use cases the components will need to be adjusted.

I thinks if you do the 980 you will go over budget, you can maybe fit in a 970 but it is going to be tight.

I like it but I'd swap out the case for the NZXT H440 and get a 970 gpu.

The 290 is slightly better and cheaper(60 euro difference lol).

The Source 210 Elite looks better IMO.

Your brother can use an old monitor if you have one and can buy a better one later.
I would not recommend to only look at corsair for the coolers for this build.
You can just use a Hyper 212 EVO and get an NZXT S340 and later an 240mm rad.
