Infuriating iPhone 5 Help?

Okay, I really hope someone knows how to solve this problem here as the rest of the internet is no help and i'm about to snap my iPhone in half.

Anyway, every time I try and connect my iPhone to my PC via USB it repeatedly connects and disconnects about 2-3 times a second. Obviously, this means i can't add anything to my phone or charge it on my computer. I have tried over half a dozen lightning cables and every usb port on my desktop and both my laptops, problem persists. It mustn't be the USB ports as they work with everything else. 

Seriously, does anyone know how to fix this?

It charges perfectly fine in a wall charger though if that makes a difference?

Maybe the data pins are damaged but the current pins are fine?
