Ok, so here is what I want to know.

I want to game on my main display at, lets say hypothetically, 2715x1527 (2.00x DSR Resolution with a GTX 980) or something higher, up to DSR enabled 4K res.

But, here is the thing, I want my other display, my 2nd monitor to stay at 1980x1080 when i go into a fullscreen game on my main display at one of these other resolutions.  Is this possible? Stopping my other monitor from changing resolutions.  when i go fullscreen DSR+ resolutions.

Think it possible go to nvida control panel --> you should able to set resolution of each monitor that plugged into your card.

Edit: right click on desktop there should be NVIDA control panel -> Under the display tab "Change Resolution" you can change the bit rates/refresh rate and of course the Resolution
