Its shocking to see how much you can get for just $650 in the PC world. With the 770 you should be averaging above 60fps at 1440p in most games. The motherboard does have 2 USB 3.0 ports.

Gaming with AMD is pretty bad

Some games utterly fail with an AMD card. Its either hit or miss with AMD gaming

"hit or miss"???

dont know if joking or trying to start a fight...

AMD is nvidia's competitor... Their cards are cheaper but a little less powerful than nvidias. Ive never in my life heard of anything not being able to be run on an AMD card... where did you get that info?

kermit im not really seeing the sense in getting a 280x instead of a 770 when the nvidia is cheaper and more powerful.

AMD is cheaper for price to performance but 770 is a good choice

I just prefer AMD

1) You could get an R9 290 for the price of that 770, and it will greatly outperform the 770.

2) You're pairing a haswell refresh CPU with an 80 series motherboard. That's just asking for a bios reflash catch-22, and something I'd avoid.

Basically the two key components to the build are wrong.
