So this is probably really nooby, but I need help with this one. So basically I did a bad overclock and now upon booting my system all I have is a black screen and I can't access the bios. If you want to read more about it I will post a link to my other thread. Anyways I was told to reset the CMOS so that the bios settings go back to default. This I knew, but I don't know how to do it. I watched some videos on YouTube and all of them are show the method which uses the jumper on the motherboard to reset. My motherboard does not seem to have this jumper anywhere so I think that way is off the table.I found the Clear CMOS pins from my manual, but the jumper is nowhere to be found. I then tried the "remove the battery" method. I powered down the system, turned off the power supply, waited about 15 minutes, removed the battery, waited another 10 minutes, and put it back in only to find that absolutely nothing changed. Am I doing something wrong or did I mess this thing up more than I thought?

Remove the CMOS battery for 10 seconds and put it back in. Your BIOS should now be reset.
