Hmmm.. try to remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard, wait a few minutes (10-15) then re-seat. See if that works.

What did you do?

 

Raised the multiplier too much? Just reset the bios - Either there should be a reset switch on your motherboard or just take out the battery for few mins(also disconnect all other wires from the I/O) and then just put it back in

 

If you pushed too much voltage it may be that you fried something but to be sure, just do a BIOS reset.

your gonna have to pull out the battery .  try doing that . hopefully you didn't burn anything out . not realy and OC board

 

Surely there wasn't enough voltage going through to cause too much of a problem. Might just stick with a mild overclock then - have removed the battery for a few minutes now, will wait a little bit then put it back in. Does this reset the BIOS?
