This is basically a "showerthought" PC build, but I thought you guys might find it as interesting as I do.

What are some of the lightest gaming PCs you think you could build? I know my buddy's LAN rig is microATX but as dense and heavy as a black hole, always think I'd prefer it be bigger and lighter when I'm handling it, or even better, smaller and lighter! Since most spec sheets and sites don't list actual weight of hardware it's often hard to impossible to tell before purchase so a lot of this would have to be pieced together from each one of our personal experiences.

Which is the main reason for posting this here. Now I'm not actually planning on building this, I just like hardware and this seemed like an interesting challenge. I know for me PCPartPicker is a better game than half my Steam library, and I'll believe some of you out there would have to agree with me.

Let's build some light PCs!

Intel Core i7 4790k - 16 GB RAM - Nvidia GTX 970

A plastic-made case and a one-fan-when-it-should-be-two(or even three) GPU will make it lighter, no HDD (ssds are much lighter) and so on :D
