My sound dose not work.

I have the VIA drivers and i would like to know 2 things. 1 can i get new drivers. 2 on the internet i can hear gust fine but i will go to and app like spotify or after effects no sound comes out? Can you help me?

Second: Are those applications muted in windows mixer?

The projects never end in my line of work.

They are not muted.
