Need some help with cheap Bluetooth Speaker

So I've finally decided to get some Bluetooth Speakers, albeit very cheap ones, I've narrowed it down to 3,but I'm very inexperienced with sound quality and what to look for, I just want a decent speaker that doesn't break the bank, I prefer bass heavy music but a sub woofer is out of the question at my price range, here are the links to the speakers. Plug it on any powered speakers, or an amp + passive speakers, and you got yourself a bluetooth audio system for the cheap....

In a nutshell, a $100 bluetooth speaker = $40 bluetooth + $60 speaker.
