As said, you can message a mod or admin... but afaik it depends on the reasoning whether they do it.

Is there any way to change your name on the forum? 

 

generally, name change for aesthetic reasons are not considered.

main considerations for a username change is if there is personal information

(proper name, email address, etc..) will usually get changed. otherwise there

usually isn't a consideration for a change. hope this helps.
