motherboard help

hi i am looking to build a new rig but i have a problem i cant find any good am3+ mobo's that are micro atx, have usb 3.0 header and support minor overclocks.

the cpu i want to use is the amd fx-6300, gpu is gtx 650 ti boost. the best mobo i was able to find is http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565    .

if i get an a10 apu will i be able to use virtu lucid mvp thing with it to get more preformance??

The Asus ROG Crosshair series supports the AM3+ sockets but they do cost quite a lot.
