Hey people...

I have a laptop with a blank hard drive and a xp key on the bottom of the laptop... My question is... Is there anyway to download xp to my tablet in a usb plugged in to get the ios to the laptop ...I don't have access to any other pc ? Thanks

No.

1. XP was made for standard x86 and x64 CPUs, whereas your iPad (I presume) uses an ARM CPU.

2. iOS, consequently, was made for ARM CPUs instead of standard x86 or x64 CPUs.

Download iso of XP, burn to CD or USB key, install and use your key.

 

I am a little confused over all the other bits you have said and how your tablet/ios come into this.

Is that all you have to do ? Don't you need to unzip the folder to make it boot of a usb ?
