EXE on a Mac?

So I am building my current pc and only have a Mac available to make a bootable usb drive. Is there any way that I can run the exe on the Mac or convert it into something the Mac can run?

OSX version of .EXE is .APP or .DMG

 

as for the bootable usb drive, use the bootcamp assistant and it will walk you through it
