Here. It's a nice sweetspot, in regards to price/performance. I changed the case because I felt like it, but you have plenty of room to pick another one.

 

One thing of note is that I removed the keyboard. For that one, go to a local store, and buy it there. Just trust me on this one, and buy it in real life. You'll thank me later.....

Hi guys! This is my first time building a pc on my own lots of help needed plox!

My budget for this build (with a keyboard) is around 1k~1.2k USD

And most properly i would play games like AC Unity,Far cry 4,CS GO,GTA V these are the main games that i would like to be able to play on high graphic with

You should get i5-4xxx instead so you can get better GPU.

Thanks Everyone who replyed to this thread :D!!! I guess i will either go with @Imakuni or @DimasRMDO parts!

As for the case i would perfer a good air flow case and a nice looking front :D  (it get pretty heattyyy around here during summer)

Get i5 4690k u wont need the 4970 for gaming and get a better ssd or gpu with the money, a 60gb ssd is almost nothing ;/
