RGB diode wiring?

Hi guys, so I've come across these LED diodes on ebay with 4 legs. Does anyone know how to wire these to work? Is it as simple as wiring it as a "strip" ? I'm trying to insert them into acyrlic to light it up (sand it or something) Will it work if i purchase those kits for RGB strips and no use the strips, using diodes as a replacement?
