Hey guys

 

Bought windows 8.1 in disc but no disk drive to install

 

I can access the disk on my laptop

 

How do i get the ISO to make bootable drive?

Do you get an up to date Windows or do you have to update it anyway ? 

Because that can save time even if I do have the DVD and the DVD drive...
