5930k, temps @ 4.0ghz

Im new to this chip and x99 in general, I just thought it was time for an upgrade. 

I have it overclocked to 4.0ghz at 1.2v stable but the temps are iffy. my ambient is around 74 degrees farenheight  (23.3 C) and while running the max heat test on prime 95 the core temps jump to 80-90 and the package doesnt go above 80, was I successful or should I alter it?

Rose's are red violets are blue, without computers I'd know not what to do.
