Blocking restrictions

Btw I am a teenager.So after creating my pc I play way too many games and so I wanna block steam and certain internet sites so I have to do my homework.

I tried going into parental settings and changing it there but the account needs to be a regular and not the admin which I am now and want to be.

Does anyone know how to solve this or know a good program that I can download for solving the problem thats free. I have tried already cold turkey and k-9 although  they are not really what i need. I need something that will block steam/league/youtube/linus tech tips forums at lets say 6-9 so i can do my homework

As you are an admin, you can do anything to by-pass any restrictions. So no. Even if you get a custom software that does what you want, you can still open task manager and kill it (as you an admin), and run your games.

well have you got any tips then for not going on the pc or locking it somehow?
