how much bottleneck?

so this cpu will bottleneck  my gpu The HD 7850 1gb edtion for sure but how much?

like insane amount or a insane amount? here is the cpu specs i could not find a website with the specs so here they are 

 

INTEL Pentium 4 3.06GHz

socket          478

cores           single core

speed          3.06ghz

bus speed   3x133mhz

TDP            82W

Cpu cache L2 512KB

 

edit : spelled the title wrong.....

The "Single core" tells it all its going to be bottlenecked very bad the cpu will be at 70% while idling on a windows 7 desktop. So ...

I'd say it would be a very large bottleneck.
