GTX 970 temps?

Since this is my first Nvidia card in a while I thought I'd ask, because afaik Nvidia card max temps should be lower then AMD's, and the temps on my GTX 970 are low indeed. My G1 Gaming 970 maxed out at around 69c stock speeds in Furmark, granted this is in a cramped Cooler Master N200 mATX case with all fans running on just 5V (40%). Compared to my previous 7870 GHz DCU II which saw around 85c in Furmark.

 

Today I tried a common OC, power limit up all the way and +150 core and +200 memory, temps went up by only a few degrees. What do you guys think? Is this a good temp for the G1 970 in a small case with relatively mediocre airflow? 

 

 

Temp began to go down because as ambient temp went up my mobo increased the speed of the front intake fan, but it's noiser then I'd like when ramped up so I'll probably change the fan curve on that, consider the GPU 75c load.

A good temp indeed, my friend's 970 Jetstream max out at 77c on stock when playing AC:Unity.

Best thing about nVidia cards. They're soooo quiet. My gtx 680 SC used to go up to 85c, but the cooler fan speed would only rise slightly. nVidia has very well built / cooled products.

That's better than OK, mine get up to 85 C and I have an NZXT H440 Case

I have never gotten the whole "AMD runs hotter" thing, my XFX 280x doesn't go over 60c in Unigine Valley >.>

Even with a 150mhz OC.

temps seem fine on my MSI 970 i have not seen over 70C
