Moving a partition to new drive

I bought an SSD a few months back and I used the Samsung program to move my C drive onto the SSD. I forgot at the time to move the recovery partition at the same time. Now I need to reinstall windows but the recovery partition is on the wrong drive so I can't use it when I'm booting up. The Samsung program also won't do it. What do I do?

In short: I need to move a partition and its contents onto a different drive

I have the Windows key for that computer and a windows 7 install disk (the install disk was bought for a different computer) but I assume I need that partition for the key to work properly?

Like if I put in an install disk and try to use the key it won't work right?
