GMod plugins - which one to get

So I'm watching VanossGaming, the youtuber and I see he has a lot of plugins in his GMod videos.

I want those plugins too, but I don't know which ones or how to get them.

Steam Workshop, just go to steam library and go to Garry's Mod, you should see Workshop option. Click it and you should see bunch of addons.

I know you have to download them from the Steam Workshop, but the problem is there's "a bunch". Some are good and some are bs.
