Contacts management

Hi, I'm looking for a program that can manage contacts. The one Windows has only allows up to three phone numbers max. So like what else is there?

Outlook isn't really an email thing. it does look like it, but under the hood it's really just a relational database.

Okay so does it create files of contacts or something? I need to be able to sync those contacts to my phone

Windows phone, np. I know itunes has some way to export your contacts list, but i haven't tried it. I've got no experience with android

What's the name of the software then like I've seen it before but is it called Windows Live Mail now or something?

By the way Windows Live Mail is limited to only about four numbers, I'm looking for something that doesn't really have such a low limit or for one that doesn't have a limit at all.

No idea. I always thought outlook was integrated. I know it can output a file that can be read by just about any database/contact manager from within it's own program. Ios compatibility was a result of the funding for steve jobs taking over the reins at apple again.

I use Google contacts but have backups on some free software I can't remember right now.
