~$600 Rendering/Gaming PC

I am looking for a build that can manage heavy rendering via programs such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and a lighting pre-visualization program called Capture Argo. Along with this, I want to be able to get back my old steam account and pick up gaming again. I already have a monitor, but will be getting a second one in the near future. The build doesn't have a keyboard or a mouse. I need help with that. 

 

So, how does this build look, and what would/should be changed?

500w on the PSU should be fine, 750w is overkill, I would probably also try to find some way to squeeze in at least a 120GB SSD, it makes a world of difference.

With that budget an SSD is not necessary. SSD is just mostly for convenience. I wouldnt recommend SSDs to anyone with less than a $800 budget

Psu is little overkill, i'd suggest getting a cheaper one and putting the extra $$$ into a gpu with more ram.

How is this for a 500w psu?

 

I don't know what I should do for a better gpu with more ram.
