If you have AMD I'm pretty sure this thing called Raptr which checks for it, but I usually just check my GPU's website every once in a while.

well i got intel and msi..

MSI can be amd or nvidia. If you know the model of your card you can find out from that as well. Like a MSI GTX 970 would be a nvidia card. I prefer to do things manually 1 by 1. For programs, there is something like ninite. https://ninite.com/ . However, for video card drives and stuff I dunno.
